AM360 Personal Training Programs
A one-on-one training program delivered by appointment. Participation requires program enrollment and completion of a health and fitness assessment before scheduling sessions.
Program Requirements and Session Length
Participation in personal training requires enrollment in the program and completion of a health and fitness assessment. Assessments are used to determine readiness, needs, and appropriate programming. Appointments must be booked in advance.
Training sessions last 40–50 minutes.
Individualized Training Approach
This program is designed as one-on-one personal training and is structured around individual needs. It is intended for participants who want structured guidance or who have medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations requiring additional attention.
Information gathered during the assessment is used to create a custom workout plan aligned with individual abilities and limitations.

The program begins with an initial assessment that includes:

- Personal Fitness Goals
Based on this information, personalized fitness plans are developed. Exercises include:
- cardiovascular strength training
- Strength exercises
- Flexibility exercises
- Balance exercises
