AM360 Silver Fit Program

A structured health and fitness program designed for adults age 65 and older. Participation requires enrollment in the program and scheduling through a coordinator.

Program Structure and participation

The Silver Fit program is available only to enrolled participants and must be scheduled by a program coordinator. Classes are delivered in a group setting and follow a consistent, instructor-led format. 

This program is part of AM360’s Group Exercise Programs and is designed specifically for older adults.

A chair is often incorporated for seated movement or standing support. This allows exercises to be performed safely and consistently, including Chair Exercises for Seniors when needed.

Movement Focus for Adults 65+

Silver Fit is a health and fitness program focused on strengthening muscles and increasing the range of movements to support daily life activities. The program reflects the goals commonly associated with Fitness Programs and low-Impact workouts for seniors. 

Exercises are structured to support controlled movement and functional strength rather than speed or intensity.
